Job summary

MBDA is offering a Digital Excellence Undergraduate Placement 2027 in the UK. The role provides hands-on experience delivering digital change, improving workflows and exploring AI and data strategy.

Salary is £24,460 with hybrid working 2–3 days on site, and a clear path toward a graduate role after the placement. Open to current undergraduates in business, management or related fields; opportunities include project management, change management and business analysis.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate studying for a degree in Business & Management, Change Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline.
• We are looking for people with curiosity, enthusiasm and the ambition to learn.

Responsibilities

• Join MBDA's Digital Excellence teams and contribute to real business and digital priorities.
• Develop skills in managing and supporting digital change and delivering projects.
• Help shape MBDA’s AI and data strategy and its application to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across an international organisation to drive digital capabilities.
