Job summary

MBDA’s Digital Excellence Business Graduate Scheme offers two years of hands-on exposure through four six-month placements across Change Management, Project Management, Business Architecture, Digital Factory and AI & Data Strategy. You’ll work with experienced specialists to solve real business challenges while developing strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.

We seek graduates from diverse disciplines with a 2.2 or higher who are curious about technology and business.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in the listed disciplines with a minimum 2.2.
• Graduates curious about how organisations work and using digital capabilities for change.
• Promo-ready for a structured two-year scheme with multiple placements.
