Job summary

Matched is hiring a Customer Support Executive in the UK. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in our Wokingham office, supporting customers and helping them get the most value from our FinTech software.

You will use your accounting knowledge to assist clients, answer calls and emails, and contribute to improving support materials and knowledge bases. A degree with an accountancy/finance module or AAT/ACCA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a customer service role, ideally phone and email.
• Degree or qualification including accountancy/finance module.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer support calls and emails with exceptional care.
• Build knowledge of accountancy, tax and accounts to help customers.
• Learn products to resolve customer questions effectively.
• Assist existing and prospective customers with general sales inquiries.
• Suggest improvements to support materials such as FAQs and guides.
