Job summary

Aon is seeking an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant – Health and Risk based in the UK. The role combines hybrid working with attendance at the Farnborough or London base and client sites as required.

You will work alongside a Principal Consultant to deliver high-quality advice across a portfolio of large corporate Health and Risk clients, contributing to renewals, benchmarking, and client reporting while progressively taking ownership of client relationships and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits, insurance, financial services, consulting or another client-focused environment.
• Exposure to health or group risk products, renewals, market reviews, benchmarking, claims analysis or provider engagement.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing activities and deadlines.
• Sound analytical ability, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day client activity with the Principal Consultant and wider client team.
• Produce accurate, decision-ready reports, presentations, meeting materials and recommendations.
• Analyse client information, benchmark findings, claims and utilisation data to identify risks, priorities and practical options.
• Contribute to renewals, market reviews and broking activity, engaging with providers and Aon’s specialist broking colleagues.
• Participate in client meetings and take increasing ownership of presentations and agreed workstreams.
