Job summary

Close Brothers is seeking a Governance & Controls professional to join the Retail team in London. You will lead monthly governance reporting, coordinate inputs from risk, compliance and business stakeholders, and support senior oversight forums.

You will analyse risk data, develop dashboards, monitor risk profile changes, and drive continuous improvement of governance processes. A strong stakeholder management track record and experience in regulated financial services are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of risk management, governance and control frameworks within financial services.
• Experience producing executive-level governance reporting and management information.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly production of governance reporting and risk packs for Retail governance forums.
• Coordinate inputs from business, risk and compliance stakeholders to reflect the Retail risk profile.
• Support governance forum operations: agenda planning, minute-taking and action tracking.
• Develop dashboards and management information to improve oversight and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance governance processes and data quality.
