Job summary

Curious Universe UK in Bath is seeking a Shipping Administrator to support our growing international supply chain and logistics operations. You will coordinate shipments from the Far East, manage EPR submissions, prepare documentation, and maintain strong relationships with global accounts while ensuring compliance and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially with overseas suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in shipping/logistics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international shipments from the Far East, booking shipments and tracking deliveries.
• Prepare shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Raise and process invoices, complete customs paperwork, and input data into ERP systems.
• Collect missing data and complete EPR submissions for Curious Universe.
• Keep up to date with evolving international trade regulations and update internal processes.
• Communicate with third party suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with European 3PL partners for inbound deliveries and onward distribution.
• Provide excellent administrative and customer service support to major global accounts.
