Job summary

Xero is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join the Global Customer Engagement team. You will design, build, test, schedule, deploy, and report on global campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to reach small business users worldwide.

A key part of this role is driving operational efficiency—refining reusable templates, documenting processes, and partnering with regional marketers on quarterly plans while delivering high-quality, data-driven communications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on campaign creation and deployment using SFMC and in-product messaging tools.
• Creating dynamic, personalized content with HTML, AMPscript and SQL.
• Managing end-to-end QA, audience segmentation logic and data troubleshooting.
• Standardizing build patterns, updating documentation and delivering operational sends.

Responsibilities
