Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London seeks an Operations Solutions Manager to drive global digital at retail initiatives, design and execute solutions, and enable commercial growth across Store and Services.

The role partners with Product, Program Management, and external partners to manage requirements, regional variances, and launches, while maintaining a global perspective and strong data focus. This is a hybrid role with international travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital product, project management, business operations, and/or commerce.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to collaborate across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop global solutions while maintaining regional needs to enable Store and Services sales.
• Own project roadmaps and prioritize based on strategy and tactics with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to launch projects end-to-end.
• Contribute to workshops and ideation of digital at retail initiatives and competitive positioning.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement of delivery and operations.
• Present data and progress across the organization, adapting to global time zones.
