• 5+ years in the digital industry within product, project management, business operations, sales operations, and/or commerce. Gaming industry experience a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of global solutions while maintaining regional solutions, enabling Store and Services sales through digital at retail channels.
• Own project roadmaps related to global business drivers, prioritizing based on strategy and tactics, and using data to assess impact.
• Represent Digital Programs and collaborate with internal and external partners to launch projects, manage requirements, regional variances, and SLAs.
• Contribute to global workshops and team summits, ideate features and initiatives for digital at retail and PlayStation’s market position.
• Drive market and product expansion, coordinate with Product and Program Management from requirements to launch, ensuring on‑time delivery.
