Job summary

EC is seeking a Production Manager to join our Production team, delivering high-quality technical production across live events. You’ll supervise and coordinate projects across sectors, reporting to a Senior Production Manager.

You’ll lead with a calm, professional approach, manage client expectations, and collaborate with lighting, audio, video, rigging and graphics teams. Experience with Vectorworks or AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production-focused role in live events.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance creative and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of lighting, audio, video, rigging, scenic and graphics delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Services to prepare quotes and pitches that are technically and commercially feasible.
• Oversee the delivery of medium to large-scale projects with cross-team support.
• Act as primary client contact on projects entering Production Management.
• Ensure timely, competitive responses across all project phases.
• Coordinate crewing, transport, and supplier vetting and due diligence.
