Niche Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Email Campaign Executive to join a well-established manufacturer in the safety equipment sector, based in Oxfordshire. You will own email marketing campaigns from planning through reporting, collaborating with Product, Sales and Marketing teams across regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in email marketing or campaign management.
• Experience in a B2B marketing environment is preferred.
• Confident with CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and send email campaigns for the global distribution network.
• Manage a global campaign calendar ensuring timely sends.
• Create targeted campaigns around customer needs and business goals.
• Build and manage automated journeys, nurture campaigns and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing across regions.
• Keep the marketing database GDPR-compliant.
• Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
• Track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and technical accuracy.
• Support event promotion and follow-up lead nurturing.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting and efficiency.
