Responsabilidades

• Create a framework to identify and deliver digital revenue opportunities across regions.
• Partner with Customer Services, regional growth, product, operations, content and digital-experience teams.
• Identify where products can add value across knowledge bases, help centres, communities, resource centres and bot journeys.
• Turn regional priorities into a scalable revenue growth strategy.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align multiple teams around clear priorities and delivery.
• Enable regional teams to achieve revenue goals without commission-based targets.
