Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Project Co-ordinator (Capability, Skills & Knowledge) to support delivery of improvement plans across international functions. You will help keep initiatives on track, engage with technical experts and stakeholders, and contribute to knowledge management across the CK&S team.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and development of best-practice frameworks while enabling efficient ways of working and continuous improvement within the Technical Excellence Directorate.

Qualifications

• Experience working with engineering or technical teams and translating requirements into structured plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills across international functions.
• Proven track record in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support Capability, Knowledge & Skills improvement projects with governance, planning and execution.
• Provide project management support including reporting and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate the Technical Expert Network and support training development.
• Organise meetings and workshops, prepare materials and capture outputs.
• Develop resources, guidance and best-practice frameworks for capability, skills and knowledge management.
