Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Project Co-ordinator within the Capability, Knowledge & Skills team in Stevenage, to support improvement plans across international functions. You will help keep initiatives organised, on track and well communicated, collaborating with experts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical capabilities.

The role involves on-site work with hybrid flexibility, UK and European travel, and a salary of circa £41,000, with strong bonus and pension benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support Capability, Knowledge & Skills improvement projects, ensuring governance, planning and execution
• Provide project management support, including reporting and milestone tracking, ensuring actions are delivered
• Coordinate the Technical Expert Network, ensuring effective communication and engagement, and supporting Technical Expert training development
