Job summary

Nationwide in the UK is seeking a Business Support Analyst to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and business operations, delivering a strong colleague experience while driving operational excellence.

Based at the Glasgow office with hybrid working, you will produce MI and reporting to support decision-making, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across Business Banking functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business support, operations, recruitment, project coordination, or similar analytical support role.
• Proven experience producing and interpreting management information (MI), reports, or business performance data to support decision-making.
• Experience supporting change initiatives, projects, process improvements, or continuous improvement activities.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities, and ensuring delivery to agreed timescales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to support workforce planning and business objectives.
• Produce recruitment, headcount, and performance reporting to support MI and decision-making.
• Support change activity, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across Business Banking functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency while enhancing the colleague experience.
