Glasgow City Council is transforming the way it delivers Digital Services and is seeking to expand its Business Analysis function by recruiting a permanent Business Analyst to join the team.

You will identify, analyse and capture business requirements, undertake process modelling, support the business to streamline operations and will be an active member in business change and transformation project teams. Hybrid working is available in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in business analysis within public sector or digital services is desirable.
