Job summary

Save the Children UK is recruiting a Central Fundraising and Engagement Executive in London. The role involves managing relationships with volunteers, fundraisers and corporate supporters, delivering engaging communications and supporting in campaigns and key events.

You will review processes to improve efficiency, enable smoother supporter experiences and work across the Regional Fundraising & Engagement team to maximise income and engagement in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional fundraiser/customer care.
• Experience using a CRM database (preferably Salesforce).
• Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and communications.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for supporters, volunteers and corporate contacts.
• Remotely manage relationships with key supporters.
• Develop stewardship plans to maximise fundraising and engagement.
• Forecast income and manage pipelines for the department.
• Create engaging, clear communications to inspire supporter action.
• Support development of fundraising resources and campaigns.
• Review and improve departmental processes for efficiency.
