Job summary

Save the Children UK is recruiting a Central Fundraising and Engagement Executive in London for the Regional Fundraising & Engagement team. You will manage relationships with volunteers, fundraisers and corporate supporters to deliver standout supporter experiences and boost fundraising across the UK.

The role is hybrid, based in the London Farringdon office 1–2 days a week, and involves creating engaging communications, supporting events and campaigns, and improving departmental processes for

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional fundraiser/customer care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external audiences.
• Experience using a CRM database (preferably Salesforce).
• Good understanding of fundraising rules and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Canva for communications; Trello for tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Regional Fundraising & Engagement supporters and provide an excellent experience.
• Remotely manage relationships with volunteers, fundraisers and corporate contacts.
• Develop and implement stewardship plans to maximise fundraising and engagement.
• Contribute to income forecasting and pipeline management.
• Create engaging communications to inspire supporter action.
• Support development of fundraising resources and campaigns.
• Provide operational and communications support for projects including appeals and events.
• Review and simplify departmental processes for efficiency.
