Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Fullstack Engineer in Sheffield on a 12 month contract, hybrid 2-3 days on site. Rate up to £650 per day umbrella inside IR35. You'll design, develop, and deploy fullstack applications to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and minimise risk.

Responsibilities span backend in Python with Java, frontend in React/Next.js, and architecture patterns like microservices. Expect collaboration across teams and rapid issue resolution in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python is required; familiarity with Java and other languages is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with React/Next.js for front-end development and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fullstack applications that automate and streamline processes, improving efficiency and reducing risk.
• Develop and Manage backend systems primarily using Python, with additional capabilities in Java and other languages.
• Develop and manage frontend applications primarily using React and Next.js, with additional capabilities in JavaScript and other frameworks.
• Design and implement core backend services and systems to serve other applications using high performance programming languages such as java.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to understand and apply software architecture patterns, including microservices and event-driven architecture, to design robust and scalable solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
• Rapid response to issues as they arise, with the ability to drive quickly to the heart of an issue and propose appropriate solutions.
• Manage work and processes across multiple sites.
• Maintain discipline in coding practice while ensuring timely delivery of end solutions.
