Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software development experience, preferably in financial services.
• Hands-on development with Java and Angular in a full stack environment.
• Experience with NoSQL and Oracle databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a technical setting.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack features for a reconciliation platform using Java, Angular, NoSQL, and Oracle.
• Analyze existing code and scripts to identify and define system enhancements.
• Consult with users, clients, and other tech teams to implement solutions.
• Translate design specifications into working software using core programming principles.
• Analyze applications to detect vulnerabilities, test, and fix security gaps.
• Coach junior developers and analysts on technical approaches and best practices.
• Evaluate technical issues and select solutions based on established engineering experience.
• Assess risk in technical decisions and raise control issues with transparency to safeguard Citi and its clients.
