Citi in the United Kingdom is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build a modern reconciliation platform using Java, Angular, NoSQL, and Oracle. You will design, develop, and support end-to-end features for global financial operations.

• Design and build full stack features for a reconciliation platform using Java, Angular, NoSQL, and Oracle.
• Identify and define system enhancements by analyzing and interpreting existing code and scripts.
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology teams to recommend and implement programming solutions.
• Apply core programming principles to translate design specifications into working software.
• Analyze applications to detect vulnerabilities and security gaps, then test and debug fixes.
• Coach junior developers and analysts on technical approaches and best practices.
• Evaluate technical issues and select solutions based on established engineering experience.
• Assess risk in technical decisions and elevate control issues with transparency to safeguard Citi and its clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2-5 years of relevant software development experience, ideally within financial services.
• Hands-on development experience with Java and Angular in a full stack environment.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL and Oracle database technologies.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a technical setting.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
