NFU Mutual is recruiting a FS Risk & Reporting Consultant to build broad experience across risk, regulatory and customer focused activities. The role offers hybrid working with 60% from home and 40% from the Stratford-upon-Avon office, reporting to the Senior FS Risk Consultant.

You’ll identify and assess risks, monitor events, support regulatory reporting and interpret regulatory changes to keep systems compliant. A varied role with potential for career progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience of risk management within Financial Services.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and FCA frameworks.
• Knowledge of cyber risk, platform related risk &/or client money and asset safeguarding risk.
• Experience of technical reporting from business systems and analysing data.
• Experience of delivering projects or process improvements in a customer focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess current and emerging risks across the business.
• Monitor risk events and help implement an effective control framework.
• Support regulatory reporting and assurance activities.
• Interpret changes in legislation and industry guidance to keep systems compliant.
• Manage multiple workstreams and provide guidance to colleagues and senior stakeholders.
