Job summary
NFU Mutual is seeking a Portfolio Data and Insights Specialist to join the Group Change team. The role focuses on turning complex delivery data into clear, actionable insights and dashboards that drive forward-looking decisions.
The successful candidate will influence portfolio conversations and work across multiple projects with senior stakeholders. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon with hybrid working (80% homeworking, 20% in the office), you will analyse data from internal sources, highlight
Qualifications
- Strong Power BI and advanced Excel expertise.
- Data analysis, interpretation and scenario modelling experience.
- Experience delivering KPI and performance reporting.
- Experience creating and managing portfolio level reporting.
- Experience working within a change environment.
Responsibilities
- Turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for portfolio health, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Develop and evolve dashboards and reporting to meet business needs.
- Present compelling visual stories to stakeholders to support data‑led decisions.
- Collaborate with PMO and delivery teams to share knowledge and improve data capability.
