Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with a global technology and manufacturing organisation in Belfast to recruit a Financial Analyst. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities within a high-performing finance function.

You will work with senior stakeholders, contribute to R&D spend reporting, and drive improvements in financial controls. The position offers hybrid working with three days in the office and a competitive base salary along with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning cycles.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand spending trends and business activity.
• Support R&D financial analysis and R&D spend reporting.
• Continuous improvement of financial controls & processes.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis.
