Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at the Wolverhampton Head Office. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering across the organisation within a hybrid work model (office three days per week).

You will work with senior leaders to deliver robust analysis, commercial insight and cost control, supporting strategic growth initiatives and enhanced reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or similar with responsibility for departmental or operational P&Ls.
• Experience in FP&A environment desirable but strong analytical capability and commercial awareness also considered.
• Proven ability to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Experience partnering with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight for business decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Analyse Opex spend vs. budget and create forecasts.
• Partner with budget holders to drive cost control and visibility.
• Prepare reporting and PowerPoint packs for Board and Senior Management.
• Present monthly financial performance to senior management.
• Drive process improvements in reporting systems.
