Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at the Wolverhampton head office. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering to support decision‑making across the organisation.

This hybrid role offers exposure to senior leaders and budget holders, with opportunities to drive cost control, improve reporting processes, and shape strategic growth across C&I and distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Experience in FP&A/management accounting or similar.
• Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and providing financial insight.
• Advanced Excel skills for modelling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Annual Budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Analysing Opex spend vs. budget and creating forecasts.
• Commercial business partnering with budget holders driving cost control and visibility.
• Preparation of Reporting and PowerPoints for Board Packs and Management updates.
• Report and presentation of monthly financial performance to senior management.
• Process and reporting improvements; drive changes in reporting systems.
• Ensure monthly cost centre P&L reports are accurate.
