Job summary

Veracious Talent Partners are recruiting on behalf of a growing, PE-backed organisation in Northampton for a Commercial Finance Analyst. This role sits in FP&A and focuses on partnering with stakeholders to understand performance and provide financial insight to drive informed decisions.

The successful candidate will go beyond reporting, modelling future impacts, and developing commercial finance skills across the business.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Strong modelling and financial analysis skills.
• Able to build relationships with stakeholders across departments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support and challenge the business around financial and operational performance.
• Play a key role in annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting.
• Build and develop financial models to support planning and commercial decisions.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate into commercial insight.
• Produce analysis around key areas of business performance.
• Support senior stakeholders with financial assessment of projects and initiatives.
• Provide regular performance updates and present findings clearly.
