Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a commercially focused finance professional to partner with Operations and Sales, using FP&A and data to influence decisions.

You will analyse large datasets in Excel, challenge findings, and provide insights that shape performance. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and clear progression within a growing business, with hybrid working from day one.

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Work with non-finance stakeholders to understand performance and provide financial insight.
• Use data to drive commercial decision making and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Work closely with the wider business and non-finance stakeholders to understand business performance and provide financial insight.
• Use Excel extensively to analyse large datasets and produce meaningful commercial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A activity.
• Investigate variances and understand the key drivers behind financial and operational performance.
• Present findings and insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders in a clear and commercially focused way.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and use data to help identify solutions.
• Support the FP&A Manager with ad-hoc analysis and wider commercial projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and the use of data across the business.
