CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Lifecycle Project Manager to lead a range of facilities management projects in Morpeth, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

The position is on-site four days per week with one day at home, offering a competitive £50,000–£55,000 salary, 25 days leave plus holidays, a pension scheme, private healthcare, life insurance, and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Plan, execute and close FM projects aligned to client goals.
• Experience in facilities management industry.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close FM projects in line with client requirements and organisational goals
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company policies
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability within project execution
