AFH Wealth Management in Bromsgrove is seeking a Desk Based Financial Adviser to service existing clients and identify new opportunities. You will work within a small team, conducting annual reviews, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with AFH Independent Financial Advisers to grow the business.

The role emphasizes maintaining high professional standards, regulatory competence, and using digital tools to service clients, with hybrid working from the Bromsgrove Head Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is the minimum qualification and to maintain FCA status.
• Proven ability to conduct client reviews and identify opportunities for referral.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good client relationships supporting the team ethos
• Identify new business opportunities and refer to the appropriate adviser
• Conduct annual reviews of clients’ financial circumstances and goals
• Manage diary and book review meetings
• Document all client activity in AFH systems (XPlan)
• Maintain up-to-date client files and regulatory compliance
