Ryft Pay Ltd is hiring a Project Manager to coordinate software projects with engineering leads and stakeholders. The role emphasizes scoping, tracking progress, and ensuring clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences in a fintech context.

Hybrid working from our Manchester office, with a focus on delivering the product and engineering roadmap. You will work closely with developers and planning cycles to keep delivery moving.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing software projects.
• Ability to work with developers without hands-on coding.
• Familiarity with Jira or Linear.
• Strong organisational skills and clear communication.
• Experience in fintech/payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track delivery of software projects, from scoping through to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
• Support planning cycles and delivery cadences with software teams.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and escalate early.
• Run regular status reporting for technical and leadership audiences.
• Manage change control when scope, timeline, or resourcing shifts.
• Drive projects to defined outcomes and capture lessons learned.
