Job summary

JSS, a regulated financial services organisation in Bracknell, is seeking a part-qualified finance professional to join the Financial Reporting team. You will gain exposure to statutory and regulatory reporting, tax compliance, audit, and technical accounting within a highly regulated environment.

This role suits ACCA or ACA studiers aiming to develop in financial reporting while building governance knowledge and involvement in business-wide finance projects.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA studier; pursuing professional qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Exposure to VAT and corporation tax processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements.
• Prepare and file statutory accounts for multiple entities, meeting deadlines.
• Support external audit processes with information requests.
• Prepare corporation tax information for external advisers.
• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
• Support monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting.
