Job summary

JSS in Bracknell is seeking a Junior Financial Reporting Analyst to join a growing specialist financial services business. This role suits a graduate or early-career accountant building technical experience across reporting, regulatory, tax and audit while studying towards ACCA or ACA.

You will be part of a small, technical Finance team with exposure to month-end, statutory accounts, external audit, VAT returns and ad-hoc reporting, plus opportunities to develop technical accounting skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or early-career accountant with strong academic results.
• Willing to study ACCA or ACA while in the role.
• Numerate, analytical and keen to learn in a small team.
• Some industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Month-end and cyclical financial reporting.
• Statutory accounts and external audit support.
• Monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting.
• VAT returns and ad-hoc reporting.
• Financial analysis and process improvements.
• Develop technical accounting knowledge over time.
