Job summary

JSS in London is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join an insurance broking business. ACA/ACCA-qualified accountants from a Big Four audit background are encouraged to apply, leveraging audit and technical accounting experience within a growing international environment.

The role provides broad exposure to IFRS, group reporting, acquisitions and regulatory reporting, with governance and strong interaction with senior finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with Big Four audit background.
• Strong technical accounting and IFRS knowledge.
• Experience in group reporting and consolidations.
• Exposure to acquisition accounting and M&A is advantageous.
• Familiarity with statutory/regulatory reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting and IFRS reporting for the business.
• Oversee group reporting and consolidations across entities.
• Assist acquisition accounting and M&A integration work.
• Prepare statutory and regulatory reporting packages.
• Develop accounting policies and technical papers.
• Support financial controls and governance with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external auditors and internal finance teams.
