Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is essential.
• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, ideally around one year or more.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine desire to grow earnings and develop within the business.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable managing your own administration and workflow.
• Professional, personable, and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning advice to clients.
• Conduct client review meetings and identify suitable advice opportunities.
• Advise across pensions, investments, protection, and mortgage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Generate new business opportunities through client engagement and referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end advice process, including fact-finding and implementation.
• Complete your own administration and pre-planning activities using internal systems.
