Job summary

Capability Consulting is seeking a dedicated Financial Adviser to provide premium, whole of market financial advisory services to clients. This role allows for hybrid working, typically four days in the office and one day remotely.

Successful candidates will have current experience in financial advisory with a Level 4 Diploma and be committed to growing their client relationships. The position offers a base salary ranging from £50,000 to £90,000, plus uncapped OTE.

Qualifications

• Current experience as a Financial Adviser with Competent Adviser status.
• Motivated to attract and grow new client relationships.
• Desire to continue growing as an Adviser and embracing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium financial advisory service to clients.
• Grow client bank while maintaining service standards.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances.
