Job summary

Exchange Street Claims ltd is recruiting a financial adviser to service an existing client base and grow new meetings. You’ll join a national firm with full paraplanning and admin support behind you, enabling you to focus on client conversations.

There are no monthly sales targets; earnings typically range from £56,000 to £80,000, comprised of a £35,000–£45,000 base, KPI/compliance bonuses, sales bonuses, and quarterly uplifts, plus benefits like life cover and pension.

Qualifications

• Current CAS (or within last 6 months) requirement.
• Level 4 qualified required.
• Willingness to travel to Newcastle once a month.

Responsibilities

• Advi se clients and service an existing client base.
• Engage in new investment meetings and annual reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with paraplanning and admin support to focus on client-facing work.
