Kier Group is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our Financial Shared Service Centre in Salford. This hybrid role supports high-quality finance services across Kier, working with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to maintain ledgers and ensure timely processing.

You will process invoices, assist with payments and collaborate to improve processes, with a focus on accuracy and customer service in a busy shared services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a high-volume, shared services environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Accurate and diligent with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to identify process improvements and support automation where possible.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes and related documents in line with policies.
• Reconcile statements to maintain clean ledgers and clear outstanding items.
• Support payment runs, process expense claims and procurement cards.
• Raise customer invoices, resolve billing queries and process payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls, including through automation.
