Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations (Electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, BAS).
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Respond to client requests and maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose building systems.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned facilities and surrounding area.
• Assist with proposals and bids for new business.
• Grow and mentor maintenance technicians and facility staff.
• Prepare regular reports on facility performance and financial metrics.
