Zusammenfassung

CHAS is seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to deliver high quality executive and administrative support to the Director of Income Generation and Engagement. The role involves assisting the Director who is visually impaired, helping navigate accessible systems and occasionally supporting at events.

The position is based in Edinburgh with a hybrid model (minimum 2 days onsite) and regional travel to other CHAS sites as required.

Qualifikationen

• Comprehensive experience in a similar role (PA/EA/Administrator) with MS Office skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation, planning and prioritisation with diary management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent communication; team player with a can-do attitude.
• Experience providing meeting support; charity/healthcare exposure is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality executive and administrative support to the Director.
• Assist with events and navigating accessible systems for a visually impaired Director.
• Support the Senior Leadership Team with executive tasks.
• Travel to CHAS sites as required; hybrid work with 2 days onsite.
