Job summary

Crescent Purchasing Consortium in Salford is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to manage CPC’s external event planning and management. This role places you at the forefront of promoting CPC to the education sector and beyond, using your event skills to support internal projects and drive improvements in our offerings.

As part of the Communications Team, you will act as an ambassador for the CPC brand while coordinating live events and collaborating with colleagues across design, sales,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in coordinating and planning events in a corporate environment.
• Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communications.
• Experienced in the coordination and administration of live events.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• The role is to manage and oversee all elements of CPC’s external event planning and management.
• Promote the work of CPC to the education sector and beyond and support internal projects.
• Bring event insights and internal improvements to evolve our event offerings.
• Be an affective ambassador for the CPC brand within the Communications Team.
