Job summary

Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) is a not-for-profit purchasing consortium delivering compliant frameworks and advice on value for money. We seek an experienced Procurement Manager to join our North team, leading an on-demand procurement and consultancy service for CPC and Crescent Servicing Limited (CSL) members and customers.

The role is full-time, predominantly home-based with travel to visit clients in the region.

Qualifications

• We are looking for extensive procurement experience within the public sector or education sector.
• We require ILM Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the On-demand team and deliver high‑quality procurement exercises.
• Manage procurement projects across multiple categories and services.
• Ensure tenders comply with statutory regulations (PCR2015, Procurement Act 2023) and CPC standards.
• Support development and delivery of CPC's strategic procurement programme.
