The Event Academy is seeking an Account Executive to join its Client Experience team in London. This permanent, hybrid role supports the delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events for a diverse client base, under the guidance of Account Managers and Directors.

Ideal candidates have some experience in events, client services or related fields, strong communication, and an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in events, client services, hospitality, marketing or an agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.
• Eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of client accounts and event projects.
• Assist with client communications, status reports and meeting notes.
• Help review client briefs and contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Track project budgets and process purchase orders.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor project changes and escalate issues as needed.
• Support new business pitches through research and presentation preparation.
• Attend and assist with live events in the UK and internationally as needed.
• Build knowledge of client brands and agency operations.
