Job summary

Live Recruitment is seeking an Event Registration Manager to own client events from pre-show setup to onsite delivery. You will act as the main contact, coordinating internally to ensure every project stays on track.

The role requires solid events industry experience, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Hybrid working follows an initial office phase, with some weekends paid at a fixed rate.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on events industry experience across exhibitions, conferences, or agency/in-house roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client contact and coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end registration delivery across a portfolio of events.
• Set up online registration forms, manage deadlines and client data.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the event cycle.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Attend onsite at UK and occasional overseas events.
• Support growing technical requirements including API queries and database management.
