Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end event management experience.
• Experience with live, virtual and hybrid events.
• Comfortable using event tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of conferences, exhibitions, meetings and events.
• Coordinate site visits, client meetings and supplier briefings.
• Administer budgets, timelines and documentation.
• Develop and maintain event websites and digital tools using EventsAir/Cvent.
• Support GDPR compliance and risk assessments for events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
