Wonderly, part of Haymarket Media Group, is seeking an Event Manager in Twickenham (Greater London). This full-time fixed-term role offers hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 remote) with travel as required and a £34,000-£36,500 salary.

The role covers planning, budgeting, supplier management and risk assessments across prestigious association events, delivering on client objectives and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of planning and delivering B2B conferences or exhibitions.
• Knowledge of event budgeting, forecasting and financial reconciliation.
• Understanding of venue and supplier procurement and terms.
• Experience with registration or event-management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of association events including on-site delivery.
• Develop timelines and manage budgets, venues, suppliers and staff.
• Maintain registration, abstract management and virtual platforms.
• Coordinate with sponsors and exhibitors to fulfil contractual deliverables.
• Lead post-event evaluation and identify areas for improvement.
