Lipton Media in London is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of leading B2B conferences. The role oversees multiple events annually, from planning through execution, with onsite management and post-event evaluation.

The candidate will manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliant and high-quality attendee experiences across international events. Hybrid working arrangements are offered with a competitive package including a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years delivering b2b conferences/expos of varying size.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of allocated events across geographies.
• Work with sales to create profitable packages and secure margins.
• Coordinate with suppliers to improve attendee and client experience.
• Create and implement event signage and collateral.
• Organise staffing plans including travel and accommodation.
• Design floor plans and space requirements for events.
• Execute event delivery with oversight of customer journeys and onsite experience.
• Ensure risk assessments and security plans are in place.
