Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join a reputable main dealership in Solihull, West Midlands. You will service a variety of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models, in a modern, fully equipped workshop.

A NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a full UK driving license, and a proactive approach are required. Training is provided for hybrid/EV work, and there is a rewarding bonus scheme with OTE up to £43,000.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Hybrid/EV qualification advantageous; training provided.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, repairs and maintenance on diverse vehicles.
• Work on mechanical systems including suspension, brakes, steering and exhausts.
• Perform diagnostic checks using electronic diagnostic tools.
• Servicing and repairing hybrid and electric vehicles (training provided).
• Fit manufacturer-approved accessories and upgrades.
• Complete job cards and service documentation accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with workshop colleagues.
