Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, using state-of-the-art systems, and contribute to high customer satisfaction while collaborating with colleagues.

We offer 33 days holiday, a company pension, wellness programme and ongoing VW training to help you reach Master Technician status. Basic salary up to £45,000 with OTE up to £48,000, plus hours 8:30am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri and one in three

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential; full training provided.
• MOT License would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles in the workshop, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
• Work on EV and Hybrid vehicles focusing on batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
