Job summary

Kellanova, a global snacks company, is seeking a Packaging Regulatory Business Partner based at our MediaCity office in Manchester. The role blends home and office working with occasional travel across Europe, joining the Regulatory + Nutrition function to steer packaging compliance across our European food portfolio.

You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes, advise on PPWR and related legislation, and help advance our sustainability ambitions while enabling

Qualifications

• Significant experience in regulatory affairs, packaging compliance, or FMCG compliance environment.
• Strong knowledge of European and UK packaging regulatory requirements (PPWR, EPR, packaging waste).
• Experience translating complex legislation into actionable business requirements.
• Demonstrable ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Management – drives cross-category and regional packaging regulatory activities with governance and support across Europe.
• Regulatory Guidance – provides expert guidance on packaging legislation to R&D, Packaging, Sustainability, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
• Regulatory Expertise – acts as SME on packaging regulatory matters including PPWR and labeling requirements.
• Implementation – leads operational implementation of new regulatory requirements translating legislation into processes and programs.
• Training – develops and delivers guidance, tools, and training materials on regulatory obligations.
